Mommy, Me and Tea: Bradley Mountain Farm Holds Second Annual Mother’s Day Event

Mothers celebrated their day this weekend in style at our newest venue: Bradley Mountain Farm! Mothers and children of all ages gathered around to sip tea, eat sandwiches, work on crafts…but most importantly snuggle with baby goats! Here’s a sneak peak at this adorable event.

Dress Up!

A tea party wouldn’t be complete without some dress up! Party guests stepped back in time when the staff donned 1800’s dresses and bonnets. Tea party goers were also given old-timey names such as Clara, Francis, and Abigail.

Goats are Hit of the Party

Look who else had some dress up fun. Take a look at the outfits the goats wore…it resulted in a chorus of aww’s from the crowd.  Fun fact: Most of the goats are named after members of the Bradley family. Names like Faith, Willis, and Chloe belong to the goats.

Getting Crafty!

Check out this neat craft that guests had the opportunity to make. It’s a Lavender Bath Fizzy.

The farm sells their own products like goat milk lotions, sugar scrubs, and glitter bath bombs!

Time to Eat!

The event was catered by Paul Gregory’s Bistro. Check out those delicious cupcakes decorated with edible glitter and pearls. Guests also feasted on sandwiches, fruit and of course…you can’t forget the tea!

Photo Shoot

Not only did attendees leave the event with a craft..but they also had something to look back upon next time Mother’s Day rolls around. Heidi Hanson Photography snapped photos to capture the moment. Mother’s and children had the opportunity to snuggle with the goats during their photoshoot. Let’s just say the goats were ready for their close-up!

We wish everyone a Happy Mother’s Day!

Much Love! Engaged New England!
