Food Choice Advice for Brides and Couples 

If it’s a tough decision picking out your food….listen to Stacy’s advice. She says pick what you like to eat. Sometimes couples get overwhelmed with expectations versus their own choice. Weddings are at a point where tradition is upheld but you’re allowed to bend the rules. So go ahead! Do fun themes like taco or pizza bars and of course there’s always the traditional sit-down dinner. Just choose something you’re excited to eat and your guests will feel the same way!

Blend of Flavors and Culture 

From French to Italian to Caribbean…OTSC has it all! One popular trend last year was BBQ. It’s no wonder why! They have their own meat smoker that can smoke up to 500 pounds of meat!!! This year Stacey is seeing a big following on local and fresh food in Eastern CT. She says a lot of clients are eager to serve up these food services at their wedding. 

OTSC’s favorite thing to do is creating food that stirs up memories. They weaved rich, family tradition into one meal by recreating a grandmother’s empanada recipe. The recreation was a success thanks to a groom’s help from Argentina. Their day felt extra special having this important meal to share with their family and friends.

OTSC can cater anything from 30 person in-home dinners to 1,000 person corporate events. They have a full wait staff…some of them have been there from the very start and feel like family. They also have a full commercial kitchen equipped with everything you need, all on wheels! With this service they can serve up favorites like hand-pulled mozzarella, fresh pasta made on the spot, stuffed zucchini flowers and much more. The options are endless!
